  • 3 BEHAVIOURAL THEORY OF THE FIRM

Р. Марч (R.M. Cyert, J.G. Organizational slack). Managerial theories of the firm, Satisficing theory, Firm objectives, Principle-agent theory.

  • 4 FIRM OBJECTIVES

Managerial theories of the firm, Divorce of ownership from control, Behavioural theory of the firm, Satisficing theory.

  • 12 ORGANIZATION THEORY

Satisficing theory). См. Profit-maximization, Firm objectives, Behavioural theory of the firm.

  • 13 PRINCIPAL-AGENT THEORY

Executive share option scheme, Employee share ownership plans). Asymmetric information). См. также Managerial theories of the firm, Managementutility maximization, Behavioural theory of thr firm, Satisficing theory, Firm objectives.

  • 14 THEORY OF THE FIRM

Marginal-physical product, Marginal-revenue product, Cost function, Marginal cost, Marginal revenue, Firm objectives, Theory of markets, Managerial theories of the firm, Behavioural theories of the firm.
